How can I book my appointment?

All appointments for Covid vaccinations need to be booked online through Automed. Please go to 

https://automedsystems.com.au/online/clinics/4552/newcastle-gp-hamilton-east-2303/doctors/

 

You cannot book appointments through our reception staff or over the phone.

 

Vulnerable Patients who are struggling to book an appointment

If you are a vulnerable patient and you are eligible for Pfizer vaccination, and you are unable to book an appointment for your Pfizer vaccination in a reasonable time, please email the surgery at covidbookings@hunterhh.com.au. This email address is for Vulnerable patient enquiries only. We will respond to your email within 7 days upon receipt and we will only respond to enquiries regarding vulnerable patients. Please make sure that you give us your name, date of birth and phone number when you send your email. You will need to write in your email why you are a vulnerable patient.

Vulnerable patients are:

• Pregnant women

• Aged and disability care workers

• Healthcare workers

• Teachers and childcare workers

• People with a chronic illness
